Description wedding venue
We would like to invite you to host your celebration in our lovingly restored 16th century castle estate. Very close to Klagenfurt and yet completely undisturbed – the ideal place for parties.
The banquet hall, furnished with antique farmhouse furniture, and the charming inner courtyard with its vine-covered wooden façade are available for private celebrations such as weddings, birthdays and baptisms. Enjoy the historic, rural ambience and a relaxed, family atmosphere with your guests. The vaulted hall is located in the middle section of the barn; this is where the horses used to be housed.
You can organize the party yourself according to your wishes and ideas: whether you book with our recommended favorite catering companies, bring your own caterer or bake your own cake - everything is possible! No cake money, no stubble money, no plate money.
We only rent to one group per weekend, you have the hall exclusively for yourself and can prepare everything in peace the day before and pick everything up again stress-free.
Our farm is actively managed, is a purely family business and therefore offers a very special setting: celebrating on the farm. When you take a walk around the farm you can discover many animals, old fruit trees and the farm garden. You can get married on site in the romantic pavilion. Our two goats Trude and Rosi live right next door, cast curious glances over the fence and are happy to be fed by the guests.
Additionally, rooms and holiday apartments can be booked.
