Description wedding venue
A few minutes' walk from the main square lies the Alte Meierei at the foot of Bleiburg Castle.
The beautifully restored square courtyard offers a festive vaulted hall with a capacity of up to 180 guests, the smaller star vault for another 40 guests, as well as a spacious catering area and newly built sanitary facilities. A spectacular tent roof across the inner courtyard connects the two wings of the building - in this way, the individual rooms (ballroom - star vault - tent) can be ideally combined as required.
Depending on the room concept, the columned hall can be equipped with long tables or round tables (tables and chairs for up to 160 guests on site). At the long end of the hall is the dance floor with basic technical infrastructure for spotlights (trusses) and PA system. The tent has a 120 m2 dance floor made of pinewood planks. The magnificent courtyard, enclosed on all sides, offers an open space of 1200 m2 and can also be rented separately for open-air events with a capacity of up to 800 guests.
