A special place for intimate weddings
Ebner 1822 is a personally run country estate at an altitude of approximately 1,000 meters in the Carinthian Nock Mountains. Surrounded by flower meadows, forest, and sweeping views over the Gurk Valley, couples celebrate their weddings here away from large wedding halls and rigid schedules.
Our village inn provides an atmospheric setting for small weddings and family celebrations with up to 20 guests. Barbara personally prepares the meals, focusing on regional and predominantly organic ingredients. Many of these ingredients come from select producers in Carinthia.
Three handcrafted natural houses made of wood, straw, and clay are available for the bridal couple and their guests. A natural pond, a reading nook, and the surrounding meadows offer unique opportunities for receptions, photos, and quiet moments for just the two of you.
Ebner 1822 is a wedding venue for those who prefer a personal, relaxed, and meaningful celebration rather than a large event.

Ebner’s Village Tavern is the heart of our historic country estate and a special place for intimate weddings. The room has been designed with great sensitivity – personal, cozy, and full of lovingly chosen details. Up to 20 guests can be seated at a communal table. Barbara personally discusses the menu with the bride and groom and cooks for the wedding party. Seasonal, regional ingredients, predominantly organic, are served. This isn't just a venue for your celebration, but a place with its own history and a truly special atmosphere.
