Description wedding venue
The Schafalm is located at 1,800m above sea level, directly below the new 10-person gondola on the Planai in the Schladming-Dachstein region.
Restaurant, ski hut, excursion destination as well as event and wedding location - the Schafalm is very versatile, which is why it has been attracting countless guests from all over the world for almost two decades!
All in all, packed with rustic comfort, honest hospitality, a homely ambience surrounded by the unique panorama over the Ennstal to the Dachstein.

"Umbrella"
With 400 square meters, the umbrella offers the most space for our guests. The room scores points with its own large bar and an individually controllable sound system.
When the weather is nice, the roof can be opened - the high panoramic windows offer optimal protection from the wind.
Our 6x3m stage is perfect for speeches, awards and of course LIVE music - for the latter we also have a spacious dance floor in front of it.
The umbrella can accommodate up to 200 guests, or around 150 guests if a dance floor and stage are required. -
"Gallery"
The gallery is on the first floor and has an impressive size of 200 square meters.
With its rustic furnishings, the gallery is particularly popular and is often booked for weddings and hut evenings as well as other exclusive events.
There is space for up to 150 guests, the gallery also has a new stage for LIVE music or speeches etc. with around 9 square meters and a dance floor directly in front of it.
The gallery on the first floor is not wheelchair accessible.
