As the name suggests, this extraordinary holiday home is located on an idyllic car-free island in the middle of Austria's southernmost and warmest lake, Lake Faak in Carinthia.
And indeed: Our hotel is the only island hotel in Austria.
Experience your dream wedding in the middle of the lake with the purest water, surrounded only by nature and wonderful peace.
You can reach the island and our "very special" 4-star hotel and unique wedding location at any time and without any problems during the day and at night using the hotel's own water taxi (motorboat).
Our island hotel is open from the beginning of May to the end of September!

The wedding hall can be divided into 2 rooms - separated by a sliding door and window. In Hall 1 you have the option of holding your wedding reception with around 60 guests, in Hall 2 we have capacity for around 50 guests. In the entire hall we have a maximum capacity of 110 people.

The last few meters...
take the St. Niklas an der Drau exit and continue on the B 84 (Seeblickstraße) to Faak am See, then follow the signs for Faakerinsel/Inselhotel. Near the post office is the pier for the small motorboat that will take guests and luggage to the car-free island. Beforehand, park your car in the large parking lot. If the boat is not waiting on the mainland, simply call the boat captain, who is available around the clock, on the phone at the pier.
