Hidden among roses, ivy, and old walls lies this place – lovingly restored and designed with a fine sense of atmosphere. A place where history becomes tangible and you feel as if you have entered another world: quiet, secluded, a little magical.
The house comprises approximately 100m² and has been preserved in its original character using natural materials such as clay, rubble stone and wood – complemented by modern elements with a special style, such as an elegant travertine natural stone floor, a walkable glass floor, an open kitchen with a cooking island and a cozy Swedish stove for the cooler months.
Upstairs, a small balcony with a view of the greenery offers the perfect place for a quiet morning coffee or a silent conversation at sunset. A covered veranda on the garden side invites you to romantic dinners, sheltered moments in the rain, or a relaxed champagne reception under the open sky.
The approximately 100m² garden is wildly romantic, with a well-maintained lawn, herb beds, roses, flowering shrubs and many lovingly integrated details – ideal for:

For smaller occasions or upon express request, I also offer home-cooked meals in close consultation – such as a fine breakfast, a small snack, or a personalized candlelight dinner for two.
However, I leave larger culinary arrangements to experienced partners: In the village – just 2 km away – there is an excellent restaurant that also offers catering with regional cuisine. The collaboration is straightforward and at no additional cost.
This way, the culinary experience remains completely flexible and tailored to your wishes – from lovingly homemade dishes for a small setting to professional catering for a large celebration. -
