  The Grotto

  The grotto is divided into three areas, which retain a convivial character thanks to open archways. Targeted ambient lighting creates a particularly inviting atmosphere, especially in the evening. The spacious dance floor with an integrated bar allows you and your guests to dance and celebrate to your heart's content.

  The grotto also features a cozy and separate outdoor area with atmospheric lighting and the babbling Eschbach stream in the background. This space is perfect for grilling and relaxing, even into the later hours of the evening.

  Our flexible setup allows us to tailor the space to your specific event. You and up to 199 guests can enjoy stylish celebrations in approximately 300 square meters of space. The grotto combines natural stone and cast-iron machine elements with modern amenities for your unique event at the Old Castle Factory.

Our flexible setup options allow us to tailor the space to your specific event. The adjoining lounge, wooden terrace, and landscaped courtyard provide ample room for receptions, civil and outdoor wedding ceremonies, Christmas markets, and extensive barbecue catering or food truck concepts.   The Lounge

  The lounge is located in the front area of ​​the old castle factory and invites visitors to linger thanks to its long window front. From here you have a view of the greenery and our wooden terrace, which you can use in various ways in combination with the courtyard for your event. Receptions, civil and public weddings, Christmas markets and extensive barbecue catering or food truck concepts can all find their place here.
  In our lounge, rustic stone walls meet warm colors. The carefully chosen ambient lighting in the lounge and outdoor area creates a special feel-good atmosphere and invites guests to linger, especially in the evening.
  Up to 199 guests can celebrate exuberantly and for a long time in an area of ​​approximately 200m². The adjoining rooms offer the possibility of setting up catering or creating a photo corner. Birthdays, weddings, anniversaries or dance events, the lounge is a cozy and charismatic space for your celebration!

  Located directly next to Germany's oldest and most beautiful historic railway bridge, in the Müngsten Bridge Park, is the Event Forge. Its ideal location along the Wupper River bend not only creates a perfect backdrop for photos but also offers a unique, romantic ambiance with the rushing river.

  The historic brick building was built in 1574 and is still used as an active forge today. Where steel was once processed, art is now created, attracting many interested visitors every week. Here, however, not only metal can be forged, but also the bond for life.
