Another highlight in the overall ensemble of our villas is this villa, which was completed in 2018.
The villa, which was designed in 1904 by the then star architect, Robert Schmohl, in the English country house style, was used as a residence for senior employees of the Krupp steelworks until the late 1970s.
After an extensive renovation of the building, an extraordinary event location with historical charm was created.
Large, light-flooded rooms with high, stucco-decorated ceilings, a stylish atmosphere, spacious terraced outdoor areas and a park-like area with old trees complete the picture of this stylish event location.
State-of-the-art lighting and event technology, as well as a modern, contemporary infrastructure guarantee smooth processes for any type of event.
