Description wedding venue
In the snow village you will experience your winter wedding as a real snow and igloo adventure in the middle of the Hochoetz ski region in the front Ötztal valley at an altitude of around 2,000 meters. Austria's first igloo village consists of several 2-person and 4-6 person igloos as well as a large main igloo with space for up to about 50 wedding guests, plus a snow bar, outdoor snow bar, heated toilets and a warming room. Guests stay in lovingly designed snow igloos, and for the communal dinner in the main igloo, cheese fondue and alternatives are served upon request – ideal for couples who want to surprise their wedding party with an extraordinary winter wedding in the snow.
The snow village is located in the Hochoetz-Ochsengarten ski region, is easily accessible by gondola from Oetz and offers a high degree of snow reliability for your celebration in the cold season due to its location in the ski area. In addition to an overnight stay in an igloo, depending on the offer, activities such as snowshoeing or an igloo building workshop can also be included – perfect if you want to give your wedding guests an unforgettable nature and community experience around your wedding ceremony.
