Our kitchen and pastry shop are master-certified and have been AMA-certified for many years – in both gastronomy and pastry. We work closely with regional producers, local organic farmers, and small manufacturers. We also produce select products ourselves, such as apricot jams and juices.
In our in-house pastry shop, all our cakes and wedding cakes are made according to strict purity standards and with meticulous care. Quality, freshness, and craftsmanship are our top priorities. Our Jour-Punschkrapfen (a type of German fried pastry) are a well-known culinary trademark and a staple at events in the region.
Our culinary offerings range from fine dining to a festive medieval banquet. Menus, buffets, and sweet creations are individually tailored to your wedding – we implement your personal wishes with great care.
