Description wedding venue
The new Wiesenalm on the Rohrberg in the Zillertal is a gem of coziness and, in addition to a fantastic view of the Zillertal mountains, has been impressing since summer 2021 with lots of wood, black steel and some design highlights.
The fact that the Wiesenalm is ideal as a location for weddings, celebrations, parties, but also workshops and seminars is mainly due to its easy accessibility (by car or gondola), its location at 1,310 m with a beautiful view of the valley and the open room design, which offers a suitable space for every group size. The west-facing orientation is a guarantee for breathtaking sunsets over the Zillertal mountains.

Almstube
Rustic and made entirely of old wood, the Almstube offers space for about 25 people.

Meadow Lounge
The approximately 50 people in the meadow lounge on the upper floor have the best view. The open air space connects the ground floor with the first floor and creates a unit over two levels.

Masterwort
The Meisterwurzbar in "industrial style" is a separate room and provides the necessary change of scenery or as a location for the traditional "stealing the bride".

Fireplace room
In the more "chilled" fireplace room with a fantastic view, the way to the dance floor is not far.

The Wiesenalm is located in the middle of the action and on the edge of the dance floor.

Wiesenstube
The elegant Wiesenstube - with what is probably the longest tiled stove in the world - offers space for around 60 people. The largest of the rooms has space for a long table at the window front and is therefore the main room for celebrations in the Wiesenalm. If required, the Wiesenstube can be separated from the rest of the Wiesenalm.

Together with friends and renowned wine producers from Austria, Leo Hillinger, Philipp Bründlmayer and Tom Strommer, a lot of passion and sophistication was put into the Wiesen house wine line. The extensive wine list leaves nothing to be desired and we source the beer mainly from the local Zillertal Bier brewery.

Located between the middle stations of the Rosenalmbahn and Karspitzbahn, the Wiesenalm can be reached by cable car or by car. The transition from the cable car station to the directly adjacent Wiesenalm is barrier-free. The ascent by car takes place from Zell am Ziller (in the Zillertal) over the Rohrberg or Gerlosberg and after about 15 minutes you reach a car park at 1,310 m, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the Wiesenalm.
