Description wedding venue
The Weinhaus Motzenbäcker in Ruppertsberg has been inviting people to celebrate together for decades. After extensive renovation and modernization work, it now offers space for dazzling celebrations of all kinds.
Located on the outskirts of the village with a view of the Palatinate vineyards, it offers a wonderful view of the lush green surroundings and the gently rising mountains in the background. The garden, embedded in the beautiful scenery, invites you to spend sun-drenched afternoons outdoors, followed by a celebration in the adjacent dance hall.
We invite you to events for up to 150 guests (180 in mixed seating) in the Palatinate ambience.
This extraordinary location is divided into the vine garden, dance hall, contact bar and foyer.
The grapevine garden
In the middle of the vines, you can use the garden for a reception, a coffee break or an outdoor wedding ceremony.

The former dance hall
For many years now, the hall of the former dance hall has been used for exuberant celebrations. Therefore, a round of dancing on the dance floor is mandatory.
But the spacious areas with old wooden tables also invite you to linger. Large panoramic windows allow a wonderful view over the vineyards of Ruppertsberg and Deidesheim.
The contact bar
Where people once could “get to know each other”, today delicious long drinks and cocktails are served. Directly adjacent to the dance floor, the cozy bar invites you to have a chat.
We will do everything we can to ensure that nice contacts can be made at this bar in the future.
The foyer
Whether as a retreat for the kids, as additional event space or as a location for a photo booth etc., the foyer is available for your celebration.
If it rains, outdoor weddings or receptions are also possible here.
