Not far from Kassel on the edge of Habichtswald and Reinhardswald, in the middle of nature, lies the privately run Waldhotel Schäferberg. Here you can expect warm hospitality and first-class gastronomy with culinary delights from international and regional cuisine. In the regional Kassel market, the hotel is also known as the "wedding house" and is proud to host well over 200 weddings a year.
The 15 event rooms offer an ideal setting for wedding celebrations with up to 200 people. All rooms can be prepared according to your wishes. You can choose from a variety of tablecloths and napkins, as well as candles in matching colors. The hotel team will also be happy to write your menus and arrange the flower arrangements and cake.
For culinary enjoyment, we offer a wide selection of menus and hot and cold buffets, which can of course be modified as desired.
If desired, a civil wedding can take place in the hotel's tower room, while for church weddings in the town, three different chapels are suggested, which are located in the immediate vicinity of the "wedding house".
At a celebration at the Waldhotel Schäferberg, the bride and groom are given a free night's stay in a romantic apartment. Your guests are offered special rates for overnight stays in the hotel, so that no one has to make the arduous "journey home" anymore. The next morning, you can round off the most beautiful celebration of your life in an excellent way with breakfast together.
