I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience my family and I had during our recent stay at Sofitel Frankfurt Opera. Your team truly exceeded our expectations, making our visit both memorable and enjoyable.

A special mention goes to Simon, the Front Office Manager, for his outstanding assistance in organizing my son's birthday event. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made the celebration seamless and unforgettable.

I would also like to extend my appreciation to the Concierge team for their excellent service in arranging my dinner reservation, ensuring everything was well taken care of.

The Room Service team provided a warm and thoughtful welcome, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the Porter was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my three heavy pieces of luggage, making the check-in process much smoother.

The Housekeeping team deserves special recognition for maintaining a spotless and comfortable room. I would particularly like to thank the lady who went above and beyond by offering to come to my room personally to assist with the bathroom heating issue—her willingness to help truly made a difference.

The only area where I see room for improvement is with the Breakfast team. It seemed that either a lack of training or understaffing led to challenges in providing guests with an introduction to the breakfast offerings and timely assistance. At times, it was difficult to find a staff member who was either occupied or not present. I believe addressing this would enhance the overall guest experience.

Once again, thank you for a wonderful stay. I truly appreciate the warmth, professionalism, and dedication of your team. I look forward to returning to the hotel in the future.

Wir haben an Heiligabend den 70. Geburtstag meiner Mutter gefeiert. Wir waren zwei Nächte im Hotel. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Opernplatz, 1A Lage. Die Buchung lief problemlos. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Das überwiegend junge und internationale Personal ist stets gastfreundlich und hoch motiviert. Kleine Probleme werden freundlich gelöst. Das Hotel ist auf dem neuesten Stand. Die weitläufige Lobby und das stylische Restaurant laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Atmosphäre ist stets professionell, aber entspannt. Das Frühstücksbuffet entspricht voll den Erwartungen an ein Fünf-Sterne-Haus. Der Frühstückspreis ist allerdings zu hoch. Dafür wird man durch die schöne Lage und durch das grosszügige Platzangebot und den tollen Service teilweise entschädigt. Das Weihnachtsmenu warhandwerklich hochwertig und geschmacklich klasse. Der Preis war fair. Das Essen hatte Witz, war interessant und mit hochwertigen Wareneinsatz gestaltet. Es gibt einen guten Cremant. Zudem gute Bellinis, allerdings kann man sich nicht so viele davon leisten. Der Service beim Essen, Frontdesk und beim Frühstück war erstklassig.
