Description wedding venue
The Kurhaus is the cultural centre of the municipality of Freiamt in the Black Forest and is idyllically situated in the middle of nature.
The Kurhaus Freiamt is located about 25 km from Freiburg. From the A5 motorway (Karlsruhe towards Basel), take the Riegel exit (13 km to Freiamt). The nearest train station is in Emmendingen, about 12 km from the Kurhaus. There is a bus stop at the Kurhaus (Badstraße).
In addition to the spacious event rooms for all kinds of celebrations and conferences, there are also in and around the Kurhaus:
- a public indoor swimming pool with sauna area and large lawn
- a public library
- a room with art exhibitions
- a tourist information office and the office of the spa administration
- a restaurant with a sun terrace
- an 18-hole mini golf course and the associated kiosk with cold drinks and ice creams
- a beautiful, blooming spa garden (ideal for photo shoots)
- a large children's playground
- a large free parking lot
Civil weddings are also possible in our spa house!
The event rooms are barrier-free and there are barrier-free toilets on every floor.
The Kurhaus Freiamt is a popular event location for weddings, company celebrations, concerts, conferences or graduation balls.
You are welcome to bring your own caterer!
