🌸 Frühling: Das Erwachen der BergweltDer Frühling auf 1.600 Metern ist geprägt vom sanften Übergang. Nach dem Ende der Skisaison Anfang April geht die Alm meist in eine kurze Pause, um Mitte Mai frisch in den Bergsommer zu starten.Erste Sonnenstrahlen: Die gigantische, 250 $m^2$ große Panorama-Sonnenterrasse öffnet wieder. Man genießt den Blick auf die noch schneebedeckten Dreitausender bei milden Temperaturen.
🍂 Herbst: Törggelen & goldene Aussichten
Der Herbst (bis Anfang November) ist im Ahrntal die Zeit der klaren Luft und der intensiven Farben. Die Fernsicht auf die 83 umliegenden Dreitausender ist jetzt so scharf wie sonst nie.
Saisonale Kulinarik: In den 9 urigen Südtiroler Bauernstuben der Kristallalm stehen nun herbstliche Spezialitäten im Vordergrund. Ideal, um traditionelle Gerichte wie das "Kristallalm Tris" (Knödelvariationen) oder Spezialitäten mit echtem Ahrntaler Graukäse zu probieren.
