Whether during busy seminar stays or at various celebrations, the "hand-in-hand work" of the entire kitchen team is also evident on our buffet table, because we draw on many years of experience when you as organizer and host invite your course participants or your friends and relatives to Liebethal. Our competent kitchen staff will be happy to assist you with arranging meal times and any small extra requests.
We know that the soul also eats at the buffet, and long afterward, its memories of our delicacies can still awaken pleasant feelings and memories.
We promise you light meals, regional or Mediterranean cuisine, which we prepare with the high-quality ingredients from our suppliers.
Bread and rolls arrive fresh daily (including Sundays) from our village bakery Richter in Graupa, and we source the game for buffet and barbecue evenings from the local hunter (wild game specialties Mario Strech from Lohmen). We would also like to recommend our freshly baked cakes for the afternoon cake buffet.
Upon request, we can also prepare purely organic buffets for you, featuring, for example, meat from the Podemus organic farm, fruit and vegetables from the NATURKOSTEN organic shop, and cheese from the Steinert family's organic farm in Cunnersdorf. And: no boredom for vegetarians and vegans!
