Panorama room "Swan View"
The stylish white and gold panorama hall is ideal for your weddings and family celebrations with up to 90 guests. Enjoy the wonderful view of Lake Bötzsee under the golden, glittering chandeliers. The large windows face the lake on three sides. This ensures a pleasant room climate even in midsummer.

From 2020, the panorama hall will also be equipped with a powerful air conditioning system. This has an air disinfection system to prevent infections. The system also cools the rooms well even in midsummer temperatures so that you and your guests can enjoy the evening comfortably. -
The Lord's Room
The Lord's Room:
Would you like to celebrate your wedding anniversary or an anniversary under chandeliers in a small group of family or friends? Our beautiful "Lord's Room" offers you and up to 25 guests a private, pleasant setting for your celebrations. This friendly room is also used for civil weddings with up to 45 people. Outside there is the associated private, smaller terrace "zum Mühlenfließ" with a wonderful view of the lake. -
The beautiful lake terrace
The beautiful, large lake terrace with a direct view of Bötzsee and Altlandsberger Stadtforst is an idyllic place on hot summer days. But it is also a great place to linger on mild days in spring or autumn. At weekends, the cafe in the Hotel Seeschloss is the ideal, popular destination for excursions on Bötzsee. You can eat lunch there with friends and family, or enjoy our homemade ice cream and cake specialties.
If the weather is good, the wedding coffee table takes place on the beautiful terrace on Bötzsee. Up to 120 people can find a nice place here with a direct view of Bötzsee. The wedding pavilion is also located here. -
The wedding pavilion "belle vue"
The rose pavilion "belle vue" is the idyllic place for the bride and groom for the photo shoot in front of the lake backdrop but also for the wedding speaker at the outdoor wedding ceremony. The flowers and gift table is also conveniently located here for family celebrations.
Another option is to use it for setting up the candy bar or for the ceremonial cutting of the wedding cake. -
