  In keeping with its name, this loft has been decorated with many beautiful objects that are reminiscent of an old classroom: old globes, wall maps, microscopes and photographs. It has a separate cloakroom, a 16 m2 bar in which an old parquet floor from a former school gym was laid. There is also an adjoining winter garden that serves as a buffet area and a smoking lounge. "The Classroom" is a perfect place for your wedding for up to 42 people. The additional 33 sqm "winter garden" with a historic window wall, over 100 year old terracotta tiles and lots of greenery gives "The Classroom" another versatile dimension.   Take a seat at an 11-meter-long table made from the floorboards of a former officer's apartment in Kreuzberg from 1848. Of course, we also have traditional copper pots and a legendary flywheel slicer from Berkel. But now to the heart of the loft: the impressive cooking station from Lacanche, which has been making custom-made cooking equipment by hand since 1796, will captivate you and stimulate every sense. Based on Italian models, translated into the contemporary language and the demands of Berlin. 158 square meters, seating for up to 40 people.

  In our authentic industrial loft,
  Chesterfield sofas, lovingly restored workbenches
  and upholstered chairs from a former SED Politburo compete with
  unplastered factory walls.
  In addition to a separate area with seating made of pallet furniture, this loft also houses a Chesterfield lounge, where
  you can retreat with your guests as you wish.
  Another highlight of this location is the bookable dance floor in the "Mr. Hemingway" loft next door, which has another bar and a comfortable smoking room. Rough and industrial, yet elegant and stylish with an
  impressive patina. You can also book our Loft The Canteen as a catering area. The food is cooked here and served from here;)

  STUDIO 23 has a large, electric screen, a permanently mounted projector and an innovative sound and light control system that you can conveniently control via the tablet. It has two very stylish lounge areas, one of which is equipped with a piano and can be transformed into a 20 sqm dance floor including a disco ball if required. Another room, which is separated by a beautiful wall made of antique windows and doors and is furnished with rare furniture from the 70s, can also be used as a lounge or for the children. The highlight is the kitchen with the legendary Lacanche stove from France, a built-in pasta cooker and a 3m wide cooking island made of Golem tiles and a Bora stove. We have also built a fully equipped mobile bar made of antique wall panels that invites you to enjoy aperitifs and cocktails. The perfect setting for culinary events. Loft meets château, 70s meets art deco.
