In our event location, which opened in spring 2021, with an adjacent mountain restaurant and mountain hotel, you won't miss anything. With panoramic windows and a spacious terrace you have panoramic views over the Black Forest, the Vosges and the Swiss Alps. The panoramic terrace also offers the possibility for an outdoor wedding ceremony.
Our large hall is ideal for your stylish wedding with up to 200 guests.
You can choose the perfect caterer from our partner caterers and spoil your guests with a multi-course menu or a lavish buffet.
In the mountains of Kandel you can design your special day according to your ideas and wishes. Whether it's a small, cozy celebration or a big wedding party, the doors of the Kandel mountain world are always open to you.
Afterwards, our mountain hotel awaits you, which offers space for up to 45 people. You can review the evening with your guests over breakfast together.

It is easy to travel to us in an environmentally friendly way by bus. From Freiburg or Offenburg, take the regional train to Denzlingen. From Denzlingen station, take bus line 7205. Plan your journey at: www.efa-bw.de
There are two access roads to the Kandel mountains. Coming from Freiburg, you drive through the picturesque Glottertal, from Waldkirch the winding L186, part of the Black Forest Panorama Road, leads to the Kandel.
There are enough private parking spaces in front of the house, and the public Kandel parking lot is also in the immediate vicinity.
We also have eight RV parking spaces that can be used.
