Your creative "workshop" in the middle of the turbulent city life with a spectacular view of the skyline. Our 360sqm super-chic loft apartment with a 100sqm fantastic terrace offers enough space to celebrate with up to 80 people. We want you to feel at home with us.
Our location is on the 8th floor (the last floor is accessed via a staircase) with a wonderful view of the shining skyline. The large roof terrace is ideal for parties, BBQs and brunches above the rooftops of your city.

Whether it’s the finest diner, finger food or the most delicious BBQ…
In addition to first-class equipment, we offer direct contact with our catering partners so that we can discuss all your wishes in detail – all very straightforward and from a single source. After all, it should also be a culinary celebration.
PS: Tips for your DJ, photographer or where to find the most beautiful decorations are included here.
Just give us a call, tell us what you have in mind and we will connect you with the right caterer.
You can use our existing inventory, the SONOS hi-fi system is ready for your DJ, there are lots of little gadgets to discover, kids can snooze in the cozy corner and WiFi is of course included, as is the use of our roof terrace.
