You want to celebrate the most important and beautiful day of your life appropriately and for this we have the perfect location as well as a trained service. We would be happy to assist you with all our experience for your wedding celebration in the Alte Lohnhalle Wattenscheid.
The rustic Alte Lohnhalle, with its unique atmosphere, completes our offer for weddings. We have suitable rooms for both 200 and 60 people. Furnish the room individually according to your wishes.
Highlight the location with LED spotlights on the upper gallery and on the pillars. Fairy lights above the guests’ heads and light nets contribute to the special atmosphere. Choose your desired buffet and we will take care of the delivery, the arrangement and everything else. Here, too, individual adjustments are possible to ensure that every guest is happy. Whether rustic, modern, Italian or something completely different such as a barbecue buffet. We will work with you to plan your buffet.

    Essen war sehr wenig, bedienungen waren zeitweise sehr genervt von Kindern, es wurde sehr wenig von den absprachen vorbereitet/gekümmert sodass wir uns wärend der Feier selbst um einiges kümmern mussten, generell sehr schwierig jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen, Stuhl hussen und Tischdecken mit Löchern und Deko dreckig

    Es ist sehr bedauerlich, dass wir Sie mehrmals telefonisch nicht zum Endgespräch erreichen konnten und auf weitere E-Mails nicht reagiert wurde. Auf einem einseitigen Bewertungsportal lässt sich so natürlich nicht Ihr großer Tag neutral nachbesprechen.

    Es tut uns leid, dass Sie den Tag nicht so empfunden haben, wie Sie es sich vorgestellt und gewünscht haben. Uns nun aber im Internet anders hinzustellen, wie wir tatsächlich arbeiten, ist auch nicht die feine art. Da bereits Rücksprache mit den Schichtleitern und weiteren Gästen stattgefunden hat, können wir Ihre Ansicht leider nicht bestätigen und die öfters wiederholten „sehr wenig“ auch nicht bestätigen.

    Unser Büro ist von Mo bis Freitags von 10 bis 17 Uhr besetzt, abzüglich einer Stunde Mittagspause. Wir sind per Mail und Telefon sehr gut zu erreichen, ebenso am Tag selbst. Wir haben eine Personaldichte von 1er Servicekraft je 30 Gäste plus Thekenkraft plus Schichtleiter.

    Mögliches Equipment kann auch löcher haben, vielleicht entstanden sogar in der Reinigung, die man übersehen kann. Ich bin mir sicher, dass mögliche Löcher entsprechend gegen neue Hussen ausgetauscht wurden. Ebenso wird unsere Reinigungsfirma die „sehr dreckige“ Alte Lohnhalle Wattenscheid sauber halten. Alle Absprachen, die mit uns getroffen worden sind, werden von uns, wie auch bei Ihnen, in den persönlichen treffen notiert und für den Schichtleiter in ein 4-seitiges Briefing gesetzt. So geht keine Information verloren und wir kümmern uns um den Rest. Ebenso um den Auf- / Umbau und Endreinigung. Daher mögen wir anzweifeln, ob Sie wirklich „sehr viel“ selbst vorbereiten mussten bzw. kümmern, außer natürlich Ihre persönliche Dekoration.

    Wir laden Sie auch nochmal hier herzlich zu einem persönlichen Abschlussgespräch ein, damit der Tag möglichst lange positiv nachwirkt. Nur uns mit „sehr wenig“ und Schlecht abzustempeln, obwohl Sie wohl am eigentlichen Tag zufrieden waren, ist nicht fair. Dafür haben wir auch Ihren Tag mit zu viel Liebe Vor- und Nachbereitet.
